Eligibility for Returns

For safety and compliance reasons, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and still sealed in its original packaging.

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Opened or used consumable products (such as edibles, cartridges, or disposables) cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, and state regulations.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used vapes, cartridges, or edibles

  • Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or provide store credit.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will contact the carrier to investigate.
